Cearaprev On-line 2.01

Developed by the Social Security Foundation of the State of Ceará (Cearaprev), this tool provides services such as recertification, proof of life, and widow's pension. Other services, like retirement and health benefits, are currently in development. Users can also lodge complaints with the Ombudsman, access support, and get their questions clarified through chat or phone.

This app employs advanced security features, such as facial recognition and voice recognition of the registered beneficiary, to verify their identity. This eliminates the need for beneficiaries to physically visit an office for their annual proof of life requirements and recertification.

All beneficiary information must be entered directly into the app; it is advised not to share personal data with third parties via SMS or phone. Cearaprev does not request credit or debit card details for any services.
